Project Summary: Designer and Installer of Commercial Signage
Project Objective:
Develop internal procedures and controls to manage growth and profitability.
Methodology:
Recommended a new accounting system, then managed the conversion. I worked with the owners to develop and install financial reporting and analysis tools to help them better understand the business. We also developed a management reporting system to provide management with timely information about sales, gross profit, expenses and important activities.
Results:
The objective was achieved within 125 hours.
