Project Summary: Insulation Subcontractor
Project Objective:
Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan to guide the company’s growth over the next three years.
Methodology:
Working with the client, its customers and suppliers, we developed a complete analysis of the company, its markets, competitors and opportunities. From this analysis, we developed a marketing plan supported by financial, staffing, operational and procedural plans. Included in the plan were performance measures and standards as well as a functional organization chart indicating critical reporting relationships and accountabilities.
Results:
After 18 months, the client is ahead of the plan in every respect. Profit Margin has improved from 1.5% to nearly 10% and key subordinates are driving the company’s success.
